Why Would You Join Us on This Retreat?
We get it. We know how powerful women supporting women can be. We have assisted lots of women in overcoming barriers and realizing dreams with the release of limiting beliefs.
The pandemic years caused a lot of pain for all us. Our lives were interrupted, we missed being with others, and had to put plans on hold.
As we talk with women clients and friends, we hear the yearning for being real, having fun, and making a difference in their own lives and others' lives. They want to play, plan, and party.
Our listening and hearing is what gave birth to this retreat!

Dr. Sheran Mattson
I too want meaningful connections with women. This is my whole practice as a Relationship Expert and as a woman who values the wisdom and support of others.
I have facilitated numerous women circles in the past in which the women and I gained so much from our time together. Lifelong friendships happened. Women helped each other through health, relationship, and spiritual struggles.
My whole career has prepared me for this. My Doctorate in Spiritual Psychology, advanced certifications in body, brain, and emotional healing, and my practical training as a teacher, facilitator and strategic planner contribute to my strong foundation as a group leader with numerous techniques to share.
My sharing and support are from a lived experience as someone who "walks the talk." Perfection is not the goal. Growing a little each day with joy and humility is what I seek and offer to others.
